History

• The company was established as Hydrosystém Olomouc, spol. s r. o. (Hydrosystém Olomouc, Ltd.) in 1991.
• As of 1996, the company legal identity was changed – the joint-stock company HYDROSYSTEM group, a. s., Olomouc, was established and became the majority owner of the joint-stock company Pump Research Institute a.s. in Olomouc.
• In November 2002, the merger of all companies in the group was completed. The resulting company, which took over all rights and duties of the merging companies, became the joint-stock company HYDROSYSTEM project a. s. based in Olomouc.
• On the 1'st of October 2014 the new strategic partner SIGMA PUMPY HRANICE, s.r.o. joined the company, its ownership is now 100%.
